The information about our products:
Feedgrade DCP, it is the short name of Feedgrade dicalcium phosphate, with molecular formular of CaHPP4.2H2O, and molecular weight of 172.10, easily soluble in dilute Hydrochloric Acid, dilute Nitric Acid and Acetic Acid, low soluble in water, insoluble in alcohol with low moisture absorption, it is used to supply mineral nutrition such as phosphorus and calcium, which can be easily digested and absorbed it accelerates animal to grow, shortens the period for animal to fat up, and increases its weight breeding rate and survival rate. And also can protect livestock from rickets and anemia.
We manage the raw materials with strict measures. Such as the lime, sulfate and phosphour rock.
After the phosphate rock milled, we test the P and Ca contain value, Also, the heavy metal just as lead all should be tested.
The phosphoric acid after being produced, the heavy metal like F, As, Pb, lead should be tested.
In the neutralization step, we test the PH value.
In the drying process, we test the water and heavy metal value, like F, As, Pb, lead.
