IWG is an electroplating-company with 60 years of experience, which offer a wide range of precious metal electrolytes for sophisticated technical applications. The highly specialised staff consult and assist in system selection process, product development, the maintenance of electrolytes, the disposal and recovery of used baths, and the planning of plating facility. IWG always find a tailor-made solution for their customers.
The fully automated plating facility will turn IWG into a competence center for plating. IWG can automatise their core processes in the future, producing larger quantities in-house, accelerating the plating of aluminium parts by 30 % and, thus, catering to increased customer demand. They can fulfil almost all customer requests: the chemical nickel plating of aluminium parts, and the entire spectrum of precious metals, such as silver and palladium, as well as rhodium alloys. Additionally, IWG can offer applications for drums and racks. They are already looking forward to innovative products by renowned manufacturers and new technological standards made possible with the opening of IWG new production facilities.
